Troy Robbin Hailparn, M.D., FACOG, FICS, FAACS, based in the USA, is the founder of the Cosmetic Gynecology Center of San Antonio and one of America's most experienced cosmetic gynecologic surgeons. Board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology since 1998, her practice focuses exclusively on vulvovaginal and intimate health, including the changes women experience through and after menopause. She has performed more than 9,000 procedures — including over 6,000 vaginal rejuvenation surgeries and 1,000 labiaplasties — across three decades of clinical work.

In 2015, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists invited Dr. Hailparn to author the first-ever and only ACOG labiaplasty e-module, used to educate physicians worldwide. Dr. Joy Ifunanya Odimegwu from Nigeria, is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Lagos, Faculty of Pharmacy specializing in Pharmacognosy.
